Payment to coaches will only be made upon receipt of invoice and inline with the terms and conditions stated within the Athletic Union Coaching Agreement.

Aims and Objective Setting

To ensure that the club is moving in a suitable and agreed direction, it is appropriate to identify the aims of the club so that the coach / instructor understands the motivation of the club.

The club committee are also to work with the coach / instructor to set a number of objectives for the coach / instructor to assist in the delivery of club activity, which can be monitored and measured by the club to ensure that the aims of the club are being achieved

Failure to abide by these terms may result in non payment of invoices and suspension of coaching delivery.
